These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph club ("ph club," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phclub.lat and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering on, depositing into, or placing any wager on ph club, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or game-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time. These additional documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing or using ph club. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to ph club is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under the regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion registry maintained by ph club or by PAGCOR.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ph club or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

ph club implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a UMID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID — before withdrawals are processed or upon any account review.

ph club reserves the right to close any account, void all associated wagers, and return deposits (less any withdrawals previously made) where it determines that a Player did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during the account's existence.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph club. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by matching name, address, mobile number, bank account, e-wallet reference, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. ph club is not liable for any loss or delay caused by inaccurate registration information.

After registration, ph club will send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered Philippine mobile number to verify account ownership. Full account functionality, including withdrawal access, is contingent on completion of identity verification at the KYC level required by PAGCOR's regulations.

All ph club accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No multi-currency accounts are available. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in Philippine Peso.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords — and for all activity that occurs under your account. ph club will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

You must notify ph club immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred. ph club will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification. However, ph club is not liable for losses incurred before the notification is received and acted upon.

ph club employs TLS 1.3 encryption across all platform connections. Notwithstanding this, you access ph club over public or shared networks at your own risk. ph club is not responsible for data interception that occurs outside of the Platform's own infrastructure.

ph club accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank, as well as InstaPay-linked accounts. ph club reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.

The minimum deposit is ₱500. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ph club wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the same banking day, subject to the originating bank's processing schedule. ph club does not impose deposit fees; however, third-party processing fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. ph club does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the reason provided. Verified GCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).

ph club may withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, resolution of a pending security review, or investigation of suspected terms violations. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

ph club is required by PAGCOR's regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended, to monitor, report, and in certain circumstances refuse or reverse transactions that may constitute or facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes. You agree to cooperate with any request for information made by ph club in connection with AML compliance obligations. Depositing funds into ph club solely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without gaming activity constitutes a terms violation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

ph club offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered and to the general terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds (where applicable), eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• ph club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonus balances already credited under completed wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible new Player account. A Player who creates multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is in violation of these Terms and will have all such accounts closed.
• Bonus funds may not be used to meet the minimum bet requirement for games excluded from wagering contribution.
• ph club reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics or use of wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All games available on ph club — including slot games, live dealer table games, electronic table games, sports betting, e-sabong, and bingo — are subject to the specific game rules published within the Platform for each title or game type. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game's operation, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

Electronic games on ph club utilize a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that game results are statistically random and not manipulated by ph club or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the Platform and are calculated over long-term play cycles.

Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers in real-time from licensed studio environments. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) under continuous camera surveillance. In the event of a technical disruption to a live dealer game mid-round, the round will be declared void and stakes returned to Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph club and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances, as well as potential referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false age declarations.
2. Creating or operating more than one account on ph club.
3. Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping in live poker or coordinated betting in sports markets.
4. Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with ph club or to gain an advantage not available to other Players through normal play.
5. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults — whether in ph club's platform or in a third-party game integrated into the Platform — to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. All such winnings are void.
6. Attempting to deposit funds through payment methods that are not registered in your name or that belong to a third party.
7. Using ph club for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
8. Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph club staff or other Players through any communication channel.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data.

ph club is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its Players. Gambling at ph club should be undertaken as entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a means of addressing personal or financial stress.

ph club provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible to every Player through their account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Loss Limits — set a maximum loss amount per gaming session. Once reached, the account prevents further bets until the next session period begins.
• Session Time Reminders — receive an in-platform notification after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous logged-in play.
• Reality Checks — periodic prompts displaying the time elapsed and net result of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months). During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and ph club marketing communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely restrict your account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Indefinite self-exclusion may be requested for removal after a minimum of 6 months with written confirmation to [email protected] and a 30-day review period.

ph club staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling. If ph club identifies at-risk behavior — including unusually large or frequent deposits, extended session times, or patterns consistent with chasing losses — ph club may contact the Player, apply account restrictions, or in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements, suspend the account pending a responsible gaming review.

ph club may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms or any other Platform policy;
• ph club is required to do so by a court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation;
• ph club has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request;
• Your account has been inactive (no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals) for a continuous period of 12 months — in which case ph club will notify you at your registered email address before applying dormancy procedures.

Upon account termination for cause, ph club reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established within 60 days, the verified balance (less any voided bonus winnings) will be returned via the most recent verified withdrawal method. If wrongdoing is established, the balance may be forfeited in full and reported to relevant authorities.

You may close your ph club account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified cash balance remaining will be returned to your most recently used verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph club's total cumulative liability to you for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if ph club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph club does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously or free from error. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph club's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. ph club will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance affecting Platform availability.

All content on the ph club Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, sound effects, video content, and database compilations — is the property of ph club or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without ph club's prior written consent.

The ph club name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks or service marks of ph club. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use any ph club trademark for any purpose.

ph club collects, processes, stores, and discloses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on ph club, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph club complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). For matters relating to your personal data, including access, rectification, and deletion requests, please contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

ph club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations as a Player — ph club will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice within the Platform.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law), ph club may update the Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms document will reflect the date of any amendment.

Your continued use of ph club after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and all disputes or claims arising out of or related to your use of ph club — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph club that cannot be resolved through ph club's internal dispute resolution process within 30 days of formal written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes involving PAGCOR-licensed activity, regulatory complaints may also be submitted to PAGCOR through its official channels.

Nothing in this section shall limit ph club's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
